WELLNESS CONCIERGE THERAPIST/
CURIO SHOP ADMIN

REPORTS TO: Camp General Manager

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

Wellness Concierge Therapist is responsible to provide a range of therapeutic massages, beauty treatments, and wellness therapies to spa guests based on their needs and preferences. This individual will give focus on the curio shop in the areas of customer service, cleanliness of the shop, receiving stock, and curio administration.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Certificate in Beauty Therapy or Diploma in Holistic Massage qualification.
Minimum of 1-year experience as a Wellness Concierge Therapist in a luxury spa.
Must have a love for nature and the bush
Must be able to communicate in English fluently.
Proven record of good communication and customer care skills
Added advantage if a candidate has experience in sales and marketing.
Previous experience in supervising a team is an added advantage but not a pre-requisite.
Added advantage for candidates with certificates in Tourism and Hospitality management.
Driver s license (Class B) an added advantage.
Added advantage if a candidate has a certificate in pastel accounting software.
