Motor Vehicle Accident Fund invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for the following position :
SENIOR MANAGER INVESTMENTS

Main Purpose of the Job:

To manage the MVA Fund’s portfolio of financial and property investments in accordance with the guidelines and directives of the Investment Committee. Analyses investment portfolios, reports observations and makes pertinent recommendations to optimise return on investment within the risk appetite as defined in the Investment Policy Statement and provide professional advice.

Position Requirements

Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field plus a Masters Degree in a related field.
Internationally recognised professional investment management qualification (eg CFA) or professional accountancy qualification such as ACCA, BICA, CIMA, CPA or CA.

Relevant Experience

At least 8 years post graduate qualification experience in Investment Management or Financial and Management Accounting with demonstrable managerial experience. In addition, experience in investment portfolio management, analysis and execution of trades of all types of securities preferably in financial institution.
