- Recruit, retain, maintain your team in Logbook Loan Sales and help them grow, make money and have fun
- Be resourceful and maintain an organized environment.
- Motivate your sales team effectively
Qualifications
- Logbook loan Sales experience for at least 2 years or more as a Team Leader or Sales representative
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
