QUANTITY SURVEYOR:

Qualifications

Degree in Quantity Surveying from a reputable tertiary institution
Minimum 5 years post qualification experience in working in building construction/ civil works projects
QSRC professional certification will be an added advantage

Competencies

Tender bid preparation and compliance: preparation of BOQS: Tender bid pricing; Contracts negotiation skills; Communication Skills; Computer Literacy: MS Word, MS Excel
