occupational health and wellness services and consultancy- invites applicants who
are suitably qualified and have the relevant experience for the following vacancy:
Physiotherapist (Tenable in Jwaneng)

Mission:

The incumbent will provide support to people to help them develop, maintain and restore movement and functional abilities that have been impaired.

Key Performance Areas include:

Tests and examines patients to evaluate their physical & motor skills
Develop and implement the patient’s personal treatment plan
Provide Functional movement training to patients
Provide patients with emotional, practical, and psychological support to help them cope with the
recovery process

Qualifications:

Degree in Physiotherapy
Registration with Botswana Health Professions Council

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years relevant post-qualification experience preferably in a hospital environment
Experience in fitness-to-work assessments would be an added advantage

Competencies:

Motor skills
Communication skills
Interpersonal skills
Use of a wide range of physiotherapy equipment
Administration of a wide range of manipulations, exercises and treatments
