MARKETING COORDINATOR
Fairground Holdings (Pty) Ltd t/a Botswana Conference & Exhibition Centre is a leading and largest business in the provision of a one-stop venue tor meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE) in Botswana. The company is looking for a self­driven, innovative, highly experienced professional able to create and implement innovative business decisions with a high level of integrity and accountability.

Main Purpose of the Job

Responsible for supporting and optimising the organization’s marketing programmes through developing marketing material and handling all digital marketing activities.

Key performance Areas
Develops digital marketing strategies to support the overarching corporate strategy
Creates and curates online content,
Manages all company online platforms, including LinkdIn, Instagram, Facebook website, intranet, etc.
Stimulates business and revenue growth through effective online campaigns.
Receives and resolves all customer queries in the area of responsibility
Identifies sponsors and negotiates sponsorship agreements.
Creates brand awareness.
Coordinates marketing events, including product launches and promotions.
Identifies and engages with vendors

Minimum Requirements

Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or equivalent
5 years experience in a marketing environment, with at least one (1) year in digital marketing experience.
Project Management experience.
Active on social media.
A firm grasp of the different digital touchpoints is a must.
Experience in a service or hospitality environment is an added advantage.
