Job Title: Laundry Equipment Project Specialist

Job Summary:

The Laundry Equipment Project Specialist will be responsible for managing laundry equipment projects from inception to completion. The specialist will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders. They will also be responsible for identifying potential issues and developing mitigation plans to minimize project risks

Key Responsibilities:

Manage laundry equipment projects from inception to completion.
Develop project timelines and ensure adherence to project schedules.
Work with stakeholders to identify project requirements and develop project scopes.
Manage project budgets and ensure that projects are delivered within budget constraints Ensure that project goals and objectives are clearly defined and communicated to all stakeholders.
Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize project risks.
Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and risk assessments.
Work with project teams to ensure that all project tasks are completed on time and to the required standard
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, contractors, and project team members
Provide regular project updates to senior management

Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent in Project Management.
10 years or more of proven experience managing laundry equipment projects.
Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines
