RECEPTIONIST
Job Description
Managing the organisation’s front desk daily and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
Key Performance Areas
- Manning the reception area and making a good first impression of the organization
- Welcoming visitors
- Answering phone calls
- Assisting in Administrative and clerical work
Education and Qualifications
- Receptionist/Secretarial Diploma
- Two or more years of experience in receptionist work
For the above position we require:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team player
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
