OFFICER VALUATIONS

Requirements:

  • Degree in Real Estate, Property, Facilities Management, Engineering or Business Administration.
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in property valuations
  • Experience in filing mortgage documents at Ministry of Lands/ Councils and registering immovable property an PACRA would be an added advantage
  • Member of Valuation Surveyors Registration Board and/or Zambia Institute of Estate Agents
