Limestone Resources Limited seeks to employ a suitable qualified, experienced, and multi-skilled individual to fill below listed vacancy.

1. PRODUCT APPLICATION ADVISORS X 3

Reports to: Senior Product Application Advisor

Job Overview:

The Coordinate Sales activities for the company, to effectively promote the Company and its Products and target correct audience for Sales Campaigns, Budgeting, Conduct Market Sales Research, Implement Sales Strategies, Ensure excellent Customer Experience and Conduct Segment Performance Analysis.

Accountabilities/Tasks

• Identify areas for improvement in the company and communicating these issues to improve customer turnaround time in our plant.
• Product application advise i.e., preparing and developing technical presentations to explain the limestone products to our customers, both old and new.
• Generate high-quality sales leads, follow up after initial contacts, secure and renew orders and arrange delivery or pick up of the various Limestone Products,
• Work out effective sales activities to enhance sales, by organizing and visiting customer sites or events to raise product awareness.
• Assist in planning advertising and promotional campaigns for products or services on a variety of media (social, electrical, and print media etc.).
• Participates in trade shows to expose the company’s products and works out effective sales activities to enhance sales, by organizing and visiting customer sites or events to raise product awareness.
• Coordinate the handling and effective resolution of internal and external customer complaints to correct the problem and restore goodwill between parties.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Grade twelve (12) certificate
• A Diploma in Commercial field, Degree will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools. Basic computer knowledge with proficiency in Excel required.
• Proven Minimum of 3 years’ work experience or a similar position in the Sales Department
• A member of Zambia Institute of Marketing (ZIM)

2. MOBILE PLANT OPERATOR X 1

Reports to: Shift Boss – Tramming

Job Overview:

l   To prepare mobile equipment for the purpose of loading, transporting Limestone from the quarry to crushing plant, waste dumps and within plant area and maintenance of dumps using dozer.

To operate more than 3 Mobile Equipment:

I. Dozer

II. Grader

III. Excavator

IV. Dump Truck

Accountabilities/Tasks

• Load blasted material into trucks by use of front-end loader or excavator.
• Transport loaded material to crushers, reserves and waste dumps and feeders by use of trucks.
• Clean up working areas and haul routes by use of dozer and the grader.
• Carry out pre-shift checks and report defects to shift boss.
• Dust Suppression on Haul routes and access road Limestone Plant

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Grade twelve (12) /form
• Mobile Equipment Certificate from a recognized institution
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience
