Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and versatile In-House Architect to provide support to our real estate sales team. As an In-House Architect, you will play a crucial role in assisting the sales team by creating visual representations of properties, developing marketing materials, and offering architectural expertise to enhance the sales process. Your ability to translate architectural concepts into compelling visuals will help showcase the potential of our properties and attract potential buyers.
Responsibilities
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand property requirements and develop architectural solutions that meet the needs and preferences of potential buyers.
• Create visually appealing and accurate 2D and 3D floor plans, renderings, and virtual tours to showcase the properties and their potential.
• Provide architectural expertise and guidance to the sales team during property presentations, highlighting unique features, design possibilities, and renovation opportunities.
• Assist in developing marketing materials such as brochures, digital presentations, and online listings, incorporating architectural visuals and design elements to captivate buyers.
• Conduct site visits to assess properties, take measurements, and gather necessary information to create accurate architectural representations.
• Collaborate with external architects and designers, as required, to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality architectural renderings and plans.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and innovations in architectural design and real estate marketing to provide fresh and compelling ideas and trainings to the sales team.
• Assist in staging and preparing properties for open houses and showings, utilizing your architectural expertise to enhance the visual appeal of the spaces.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
• More than 2 years proven experience as an architect, preferably with experience in residential or commercial real estate.
• Proficiency in architectural design software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit, to create 2D/3D floor plans and renderings.
• Strong understanding of architectural principles, design concepts, and construction techniques.
• Excellent visual communication skills with the ability to transform ideas into compelling architectural visuals and marketing materials.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in creating architectural representations.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with the sales team, external stakeholders, and clients.
• Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of real estate market trends and customer preferences is desirable.
