Job Description

  •  Manage all aspects of specified outlet including FOH and BOH as per operational requirements
  • Ensure that product/service standards are met or exceeded
  • Allocate station, meal breaks and duties for all the staff
  •  Ensure that all outlet equipment is operational and report any maintenance issues to relevant departments timeously
  • Ensure that grooming standards are adhered to by all staff and general appearances are in conformity with company policy
  • Ensure that Mise-en-place duties are carried out correctly and that outlet(s) are cleaned, set and ready for service half an hour before opening
  • Check that all staff report for work on time and take note of late comers and absenteeism
  • Constantly develop, monitor and promote exceptional five star standards
  • Ensure that all guests to be handled in an efficient, effective, prompt and professional manner
  • Visit all the tables and ensure that guests are satisfied with service and take corrective measures where applicable

Qualifications

  • Full Grade 12 certificate
  • Certificate/Diploma in Hotel Management
  • Must be fully computer literate in Word, Micros, Excel, Opera, etc.
  • Minimum 3 year Food and Beverage experience
