Sales and Marketing

  • Support SunnyMoney Staff in helping to increase sales across all routes to Market (Schools, Agents, and Trade)
  • Making sure that your polite and helpful to all current and potential customers in the office
  • Making sure quotes and invoices are sent out in a timely manner

Logistics

  • Going to and liaising with PACRA, ZRA, NAPSA, Workers COMP and banks as needed

Administration

  • Preparing accurate financial accounts within strict deadlines for UK head office
  • Preparing statutory returns including VAT, PAYE and Corporation Tax
  • Making sure that your up to date with statutory compliance
  • Preparing budgets for fundraising proposals when requested
  • Managing the year end audit and liaising with the external auditors
  • Processing monthly payroll
  • Processing weekly payments, including making sure that suppliers are paid on time
  • Debtors – making sure customers with credit pay on time
  • Managing all aspects of accounts receivables and expenditures
  • Posting and reconciling of bank accounts
  • Reconciling petty cash accounts
  • Cash flow monitoring and forecasting
  • Implementing new financial procedures and controls to maximise efficiencies
  • Paper work is kept up to date and in order, with filing done weekly
  • Weekly update of the cash flow
  • Support Operations Director with the yearly budget when needed
  • Supporting Business support coordinator with import costings and prices when needed.
  • Keeping track of grant funding and reporting

Other Duties

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Zica Licentiate or ACCA Skills Completed or SIMA
  • Paid up member of ZICA
  • 2-3 years experience in financial management and reporting
  • Excel and Quick Books knowledgeable
  • Ability to work under pressure and work independently
