We’re looking for a results-driven Junior Internal Sales Rep with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.
The Internal Sales Rep task will be to call upon new business and maintain current business relationships. The candidate must be a good hunter, have great communication and negotiation skills.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Generate new business and increase customer base monthly.
- Grow customer base by identifying new customers as well as new areas to penetrate. Gather information on market segments, competitor activities, market pricing levels, competitor pricing and strategies.
- Ensure an informed customer base.
- Keep abreast of product knowledge and maintain professionalism.
- Ensure actual sale is done.
- Make regular customer calls, dealing with queries timeously and effectively.
- Develop customers in accordance with company strategy to ensure customer loyalty and to maintain market share.
- Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from Sales Prospecting activities. Constantly update CRM Software
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Certificate/Diploma in Sales
- Driver’s license will be an added advantage. 2 years sales experience
- Honest, reliable, go-getter
- Must be able to learn fast
- Microsoft Office
