RY Agri Botswana PTY LTD seeks suitably qualified candidates to apply for the vacant Human Resources Officer position.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Be familiar with labor law, able to skillfully give managers and employees effective advice and solve problems in accordance with laws and regulations.
Be familiar with the recruitment process, evaluation methods, interview methods, and skills, HR theory and practice.
Be able to manage employee relationships, have regular communication with employees, understand the mentality of employees, and pay attention to the development of employees.
formulate the company’s human resources strategic planning, establish the company’s talent pool and reserve talents for the company;
Build a training system, create multi-channel, form, and content-rich employee training, and improve the combat effectiveness and professional ability of employees;
Establish communication channels, and become the communication link between employees and team managers, employees and the company, and the feedback object of opinions and suggestions;
