We have collected all information for first time applicants, postgraduate students, and Higher Education Students’ Loans Board (HESLB) – Bodi ya Mikopo Tanzania. Higher Education Students’ Loans Board (HESLB) is an organization that gives HESLB loans, bursaries and scholarships for training at public institutes, which are recognized by the Ministry of Education of Tanzania. Thanks to HESLB loans, all Tanzanian citizens can empower their dreams by getting an academic degree and embarking on a successful career.

 

 

 

HESLB Publication of Successful Loan Applicants

  • A list of successful loan applicants with their corresponding allocations shall be published through the Student’s Individual Permanent Account (SIPA) used during application or on HESLB website: www.heslb.go.tz  after Batch Approval.

MODE OF APPLICATION

All loan applications will be done through Online Loan Application and Management System (OLAMS). Applicants are REMINDED to use the same Form Four Index Number used while applying for admissions.

 

Upon completion of online loan application process, applicants shall be required to print out the application forms and Loan Agreements, obtain appropriate authentications, sign the forms, attach necessary documents and upload into OLAMS.

 

Applicants are REMINDED to keep full set of the loan applications, attachments submitted, and EMS receipts used for mailing their applications to HESLB for reference and ease o f tracking when necessary before submitting the same through EMS to:- The Executive Director,  Higher Education Students’ Loans Board, HESLB House, 1 Kilimo Street, TAZARA Area, Mandela Road,  P.O. Box 76068,   Dar es Salaam, Tanzania

  • To know your status, click the above link then click ‘Applicant’s Loan Status’ link and enter your Form IV index number you used when applying for loans and password. To view your Loan allocation results click Loan Allocation on the left side menu Other batches will be released after completion of verification and admission procedures.

  • Batch One of Loans Allocations for 2024/2025 has been released. To know your status, click ‘Applicant’s Loan Status’ link and enter your Form IV index number you used when applying for loans and password. To view your Loan allocation results click Loan Allocation 2024/2025 on the left side menu Other batches will be released after completion of verification and admission procedures.
