Job Purpose Statement
- Overall responsible for the Sales, Distribution and Marketing in the Bancassurance business through the development and execution of the agency’s strategy for business growth. The role drives synergy with other business heads for Bancassurance support and broader organizational strategic planning to ensure competitive positioning of the bank in its target markets.
Job Specifications
Academic: A Bachelor’s degree any Business related field.
Professional: Diploma in Insurance or its equivalent
Desired work experience: 10 years in insurance field and 5 years in Management.
