HEAD CHEF
REPORTS TO: Executive Chef
PURPOSE OF THE JOB: Head Chef is responsible to assist with the coordination of all activities in the kitchen and ensure that it runs smoothly.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
A degree/ diploma in culinary arts.
Five years of international establishment food preparation experience.
A history of superior food preparation in the form of references and or a portfolio
Supervisory experience and skills.
