Gynaecologist Part-time Job

Position: Gynaecologist

Organization: CNC Polyclinic Limited

Location: Yombo Vituka, Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania

Contract: Part Time

Start Date: ASAP

Core Responsibilities:

- Performing comprehensive examinations to patients in-order to identify abnormalities

- Analyze records, reports, test results, or examination information to diagnose medical condition of patients

- Collect, record and maintain patient information, such as medical histories, reports, and examination results

- Monitor patients over the course of pregnancies

- Treat infections of the cervix, ovaries and fallopian tubes

- Identify cancerous growths within the reproductive system

- Provide post-natal care to new mothers

- Liaising daily with staff including medical, non-medical management staff and other healthcare professionals

Skills & Qualifications:

- Master's degree (from a reputable University) in the specialized field

- Registered as a Practitioner by the Medical Council of Tanganyika

- Knowledge of diagnostic, treatment and rehabilitative methods and principles

- Ability to discuss sensitive information with patients and families

- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

- Attention to detail and excellent active listening skills

- Empathy and interpersonal skills
