documentation reviews on designs pre­pared by others.
Experienced in working on international projects, with multiple foreign nationals;
Able to lead projects in excess of P500m;
Able to prepare technical specifications and design proposals;
Familiar with business development and the preparation of tender and fee proposals;
Able to carry out structural integrity assessments;
Able to provide contract administration as Principal Agent.
Able to train and mentor junior staff and members of the technical team
Able to provide acceptable references from previous employers.

Software skills:

Design – Prokon and other design software;
Draughting – AutoCAD, Revit (overseeing draughtsman using Autocad and Revit + Discipline Coordination);
Admin – MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook;
Project Scheduling – MS Projects.
