Direct Sales Agents: Commission Based

Vacancies are available in the following areas:

Gaborone
Francistown
Maun
Palapye
Selibe Phikwe
Letlhakane/Orapa
Kasane

Responsibilities

The Direct Sales Agent shall be required to identify customer needs.
Respond to merchant technical queries and issues with POS devices.
New POS installations and monitoring of merchants to ensure turnover and commission growth.
Support Merchant Solutions initiatives in collaboration with the branches.
Point Of Sale and eCommerce sales.
Onboarding new merchants
Ensure that customers are assisted efficiently within agreed timelines.
Cross-sell Bank products effectively.

Qualifications

Degree in Banking, Finance, Business Commerce or related field
Certificate of Proficiency: Long & Short term

Knowledge & Experience

Experience in a sales environment
Ability to listen and probe effectively to determine customers’ real needs.
Self-motivated, diplomatic and tolerant in relaying and receiving information.
Customer service-orientated, Results-orientated and committed to meeting deadlines.
Integrity and honesty.
