Job Description:

General Manager monitors the daily operations of the company. They meet strategic goals by setting operational policies and budgets. They supervise employees to perform tasks efficiently. An appropriate General Manager will manage company goals for several departments, therefore will communicate with every department to ensure a seamless operation throughout the whole organization.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

+ 5 years of experience in the same or similar position in a position in an international secure logistics company focusing in valuable commodities.
Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, human resources, procurement, operations etc…)
Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance
Prepare regular reports for Ferrari Group PLC
Strong analytical ability
Excellent communication skills
Organizational and leadership skills
Oversee recruitment and training of new employees
Set policies and processes
Maintain budgets and optimize expenses
Design strategy and set goals for growth
Oversee day-to-day operations
Ensureemployeeswork productively and develop professionally
