CHEF DE PARTIE

REPORTS TO: Sous Chef/ Executive Chef

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

Runs section in a kitchen, and reports to the Sous chef. The role is made up of many varying responsibilities including, preparing, cooking, and presenting, high-quality dishes within the special section.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

A diploma/ certificate in culinary arts.
A history of superior food preparation in the form of references and or a portfolio
Five years of international establishment food preparation experience.
