Overview

AGRIBUSINESS MANAGER

FDH Bank Plc is inviting applications from suitably qualified, innovative, passionate, and experienced candidates to fill the position of Agribusiness Manager, tenable in its Personal and Business Banking Department and based in Lilongwe.

Reporting to the Senior Relationship Manager, Personal and Business Banking, the successful candidate shall be responsible for managing and growing the agribusiness portfolio in line with the Banks’ business strategy and support business units in executing agricultural value proposition

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Formulating and Implementing Agribusiness strategy.
Development of agricultural value proposition.
Driving Customer acquisition.

QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Agribusiness, Agricultural Economics, or any other relevant field obtained from a recognized institution.
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in sales and agribusiness, relationship management, portfolio management, credit management, and business analysis.

KEY COMPETENCIES

Excellent client relationship and negotiation stills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
People management skills.
Self-starter.
High level of Integrity.
